We have removed several tables to allow social distancing is in place between our customers. We are not able to move our tables around to accommodate larger groups safely therefore we have limited tables to a maximum of 6 people, and they must be from no more than two households.
Walk In Customers
We will still be welcoming customer to arrive without a prior booking however to comply with the government guidelines we will need to take contact details from you for the track and trace scheme.
Keeping Our Customers Safe
- We will have one Entrance and one Exit into the building with “one way system” where possible with floor stickers and signage as reminders.
- Hand sanitiser will be available around the building and at our Summer Shack
- We’re cleaning more often throughout the day and, as you would expect, frequent touch points (door handles, tables etc) and toilets are our top priority.
- Every table, chair, salt&pepper etc.. will be cleaned between every customer.
Every staff member will be temperature checked before starting their shift. Our team have been provided with details of what they need to do if they are experiencing symptoms or anyone, they have been in contact with have symptoms.
Our team will be wearing face shields to protect themselves and our customers, it is still the usual friendly faces behind it so please do not be put off!
